High-performance laminating line for wood-based panels

Feeding with insertion system

We use a vacuum insertion system for the high cycle outputs of the systems. Lifting tables in combination with a rake system are used for loss-free stack changes.

Laminating station

After feeding, the process steps of panel cleaning, preheating, gluing and laminating with surface material from the roll take place.

Edge bonding

If required, we also integrate the subsequent edge bonding of the laminated panels into our systems via partner companies.

Automatic destacking

After further cleaning of the product surface with a Sword Brush, the laminated sheets are stacked fully automatically and transferred to the packaging.

Feeding with portal vacuum feeding system

With this system layout, we feed the feed roller conveyor with a portal vacuum feeding system. Pallets with raw panels can be provided on both sides so that there are no production breaks when changing materials.

Glue application and laminating station

In this system, the workpiece surfaces are also cleaned and dedusted by our brushing machine and compacted and heated by the preheating calender. The surfaces are heated further in the IR zone so that the glue can then be applied and the film coated.

Handover to further production steps

After our laminating line, the coated panels are seamlessly transferred to the subsequent production steps. These can be edge bonding or automatic sawing machines, for example.
