High performance production line for doors

Cover layer feeding

The top layers are loaded via 10 different loading stations. The top layers are fed into the system fully automatically from the loading stations via a shuttle. If required, the top layers are turned after loading.

Deposit feeding

In this concept, the door systems are supplied via a carousel and are thus fed in a space-saving manner. The high level of stocking in the traffic circle of a wide range of materials is an advantage.

Endless panel bonding

To prevent residual pieces, the inserts are glued endless in width and then sawed off to the desired width. Filler pieces can also be glued endlessly here and sawn to fit. After endless gluing, the inlays are cut lengthwise.

Transom handling

The longitudinal transoms are also cut inline in the line. The cross-bars are then placed around the insert by a robot. A vacuum gantry places the longitudinal ledgers from a bulk magazine or the manually loadable tier conveyor for special ledgers. Frame assembly is carried out using a combination of hotmelt adhesive and staples.

Laying station

With the aid of the laying station integrated here, the glued face sheets and the filled door frame are laid together. The sandwich is now pressed in our Optima press and automatically stacked at the end of the line.

Production line for the manufacture of 3-layer doors

In addition to a cycle rate of 2 doors per minute, this production line offers the possibility of expanding the capacity to 4 doors/min. Despite the lower capacity compared to other plants, the manufacturing process is fully automatic.

Frame automat

In the automatic frame machine, the door frame is produced in an extremely space-saving manner and subsequently placed on the lower glued cover layer. A maximum of two transoms at the top and one longitudinal transom each on the left and right can be installed in the door frame. The individual elements are connected by means of clamps.

Cooling

Optionally, the door blank can first be cooled in the cooling gel after the pressing process or bypass the cooling via an additional bypass.
