BÜRKLE cooperates with EFI for the commercialization of EFI Cubik inkjet decoration solutions

(Nasdaq:EFII) is partnering with Freudenstadt, Germany-based Robert Bürkle GmbH, the global leader in printing and surface treatment technologies, to market the EFITM ecosystem of woodworking decoration solutions, including Single-Pass EFI Cubik inkjet printers, genuine EFI inks and EFI Fiery® design, processing and color management systems.

The Single-Pass EFI Cubik S1800 UV-LED inkjet printer in its worldwide premiere and the Single-Pass EFI Cubik S700 mineral inkjet printer will be presented at the Bürkle booth. These two groundbreaking solutions are designed for 24/7 operation in industrial production environments and offer both high quality throughput for small runs and fast mass production of decorative wood surfaces for indoor and outdoor applications.

The EFI Cubik S700 uses mineral inks in several available colours. The new EFI Cubik S1800, to be launched at LIGNA, is based on UV LED inks and prints with CMYK UV inks, offering businesses a wider colour gamut, high print quality and high print speeds for panel/laminate formats. With virtually no VOCs, lower temperatures and lower energy consumption, EFI LED technology is a more environmentally friendly printing solution that enables companies to offer their customers more applications and more cost-effective material options.
