The single-level system with the rotary table is designed for the production of small output quantities. The multi-stage process with optional automation, vacuum and short-cycle function for single sheets meets the highest requirements for small and special production as well as for test and development applications.

SMARTLAM LAC: Medium series and special production
The cost-efficient and space-saving solution LAC is characterised by a single-stage heating and cooling process. The parameters defined for the process (pressure, temperature) are controlled without interruption in the compact system. The number of levels can be selected individually. The LAC is used for medium and special functions.

SMARTLAM CHK: Large series production
Our SMARTLAM CHK laminating line is the optimal solution for medium and large series production. The individually adaptable transfer process with separate heating and cooling press enables production at the highest level. The modular system offers a wide range of options and individualisation of the number of levels and the size of the panels for the efficient production of plastic cards.

We offer various options for our CHK to make the laying area ergonomic and simple. Here, for example, with two adjacent swivel stations. The cassettes with the material to be laminated are automatically conveyed from here via the lifting table into the transfer feeder.

A special feature of this system concept is the integration of an additional die storage system. This enables the automatic loading and unloading of up to 43 transport cassettes with, for example, other press plates or dummy material. The selection of the cassette types and workstation is done conveniently via the operating panel.

CHK Presses

For laminating contactless inlays or cards, the presses in this concept are equipped with weight compensation. This enables us to reduce the specific pressure load on the product to be laminated. When the presses are open, there is a simultaneous transfer of the cassettes from the transfer feeder to the heating press, from the heating press to the cooling press, and from the cooling press to the discharge accumulator.
